Built to Sell by John Warrillow is a great book about simplifying your business model to grow your business. It helps you avoid being everything to everybody, thus being average at everything and excelling at nothing.
It’s written like the Go-Giver, as a fictionalized story about an agency owner in over his head and worried about his business. Through the power of mentorship and coaching, he grows his business and successfully sells it.
Although I am neither an agency owner or have an intention of selling my business, the book is a powerful parable about the important things to focus on while growing your business.
